I went today on MLK Jr day to transfer my car insurance. The wonderful employee, Shasta, was so patient and kind. She went out of her way to help me and did it with a smile on her face. Go auto is the best!

I called to get a quote and set everything up over the phone so that when I go to the office, everything should go smoothly.I encountered THE best, most helpful and professional agent Ms. Lauri Fleming. she was very knowledgeable of her job, very kind in tone and had excellent phone etiquette as a customer service rep/insurance agent. Every so often, you run across customer service personnel who you can tell love what they do...AND IT SHOWS. B/c of her, my experience was expedited, I got the BEST deal (short and long term) for my money and made a wonderful acquaintance in the process.GooooooAuto!!!

The black lady in there always has an attitude I REFUSE TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER DOLLAR! She talk to people so bad it’s a shame and the bosses don’t do anything to correct her behavior, it’s sad! I asked for cooperate’s number but they gave me a fake number!

STOP! Take it from me, DON'T buy your auto insurance from GoAuto Insurance. Accident claims are not handled with understanding and the customer service is piss poor! It's been greater than a week and I have yet to hear from an adjuster - this person does not answer calls, does not return calls, does not reply to emails, nothing. Unnecessarily wasting time, meanwhile I'm out of a vehicle. The only thing I know is the adjuster name is J. Joseph. The worst! Nobody cares - claims dept. Customer Service is horrible, too, and thus surpasses my understanding. Do Not purchase your policy from GoAuto, save yourself the time and money.

If i could zero stars i would. The service here used to be the best around. Now the ladies in there have the worst attiude! Went to renew policy and was given an attitude the entire time. Not helpful at ALL! Will never return to this location.

The ladies here are disrespectful and act like god. N they gone tell u. There is no one you can report them to. I actually saw them insulting a man before he left and after he left n they almost did same to me n my wife. I had to leave

This place use to be good, now the ladies have some attitude that I don’t know if they are tired of working there! The people at the canal street location are awesome! I am never going back to this location I am simply just going to pay my bills online and if I need to renew, I will visit the office on canal street! Ya all can keep that bad energy over there.

I don't recommend this car insurance. I'm complaining about one of the agents, that is out of control acting crazy,. She treats customers very badly. She was very rude to many customers and was upset if someoneasked for assistance. When you walk inher desk is on the right. She is the shorterone, slimmer, and her desk was verymessy, with food. I caught an flat 4am this morning. Why am I paying for road side assistance? If I can't get it 4am in the morning. There closed. You serious. Had to pay 50 bucks for an tire. Go Auto I need an refund or something. WOW...

Very unprofessional would never recommend. When I arrived I wasn’t greeted. The quote was higher than what was quoted to me over the phone. The agent (Leslie) had the worst attitude from the moment I sat down and didn’t try to help. And no one was able to make credit card payments.
