What a Joke!! I am trying to make an inquiry, a simple question, nothing else, 45 MINUTES so far and counting. Listening to this stupid voice repeatedly saying that if I "in a hurry and still would like to speak with a representative, one will be with me ahortly". BS!I do not, and certainly would not, do business with ANY business that Wastes an entire HOUR of my day. And counting... there's that stupid voice again... blah blah blah.I couldn't begin to imagine sitting on the side of a road, being pulled over or involved in an accident and needing immediate help or proof of coverage verification, because I do not know of any cop or agency that is going to accept and or tolerate wasting an hour of their time while you get strung along on hold with this Ridiculous, Subpar, Obviously Third Tier Joke of an Insurance Company.Not on your life! MOVE ON PEOPLE... THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT AND WORTHLESS!!I wonder how they handle claims? Certainly are not reeling in customers having this service and expecting anyone that calls to wait OVER ONE HOUR NOW!!1 HOUR 03 MINUTES 38 SECONDS .... And I am Out! What a complete waste le of time and an hour of my life... probably shortened by an extra hour from enduring having to listen to this awful music and stupid voice!DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!FOR REAL!!1:06:17...

This has to be the worst car insurance company ever⭐️Every time I go to make a payment with this company, there is always an issue with my card⭐️So I am going to be switching car insurance companies as soon as this policy is up⭐️I tried making a payment on the app and that doesn’t work⭐️And then they sent links to me and that doesn’t work⭐️

Let me start by saying the only reason they got one star is because I was required to put something. The don't deserve one. I got insurance in the middle of February. I paid $252 for a month of coverage. I asked and they clearly said that my monthly payment was $252. March 1 which was 2 weeks later they're telling me I have a payment of $511 due. So I paid for a month of coverage, got 2 weeks, and my payment basically doubled. When I called to ask questions they acted like it was a complete inconvenience to talk to me. Needless to say, they didn't get their $511. At the advice of a friend I called Farm Bureau and got the same coverage for $136 a month. Go Auto is a perfect example of everything that is wrong with insurance companies.
