Kept on Hold for over 30 minutes,And Can't Make Policy Changes to Coverage on Their App And Close 2 pm On Saturdays called at 1:20 kept on Hold Until They Closed

I was in an accident 3 days ago I'm trying to report it and can't get a single answer on the phone. Apparently the customer doesn't matter enough for them to answer a phone I need a replacement car or something. For 300 a month I want some damn service. Can't get know one to answer your calls..I have called multiple times and spent a lot of time waiting for someone to answer my call..No help your on your own with this company I'm cancelling and going with a more reputable company

I’ve been with go auto since May of 2012! No accidents, no late payments,& no moving violations! My car was stolen in 2015 less than a week after my renewal and they sent me a check for $3.00! During COVID, I haven’t missed a payment yet! Received a discount for two months and then right back to regular price payments! My last policy payment is due by Oct 3rd,& my renewal is due by Oct 15th!!! I asked about having a hardship discount,& even outside of COVID, why is my insurance only $2.00 cheaper?!!! Electric & water companies are offering leniency, why in the world is this company raking in money & not Offering, Showing, or even have any type of Loyalty to the customers that’s making him rich?!!! It shows the GREED, & not giving a flying fig about their investors no matter HOW MANY YEARS THEY ARE LOYAL CUSTOMERS! I’ve called the Insurance Commission last year about rate hikes,& they said the only way insurance rates can be increased is if these insurance companies PUT IN A REQUEST with the Commission and it’s either ACCEPTED or DENIED BY THE Commission! Don’t believe their Lies! At the same token, they can also give rate decreases(Go Auto)!!! Horrible, GREEDY,, No Customer Loyalty! Find another Company, DO NOT,I REPEAT, DON’T DO IT!!!

I have been with Go Auto for 8 years. Just a few months ago I backed up into someone and my insurance tripled. When I went into the office to renew my insurance. I explained to the agent how the accident was minor and couldn't understand why my insurance went up so high. The agent took time out of her schedule to make a phone to see why. When hung up with that person she told me we have good new for you. Don't know what they did but my insurance was brought back down to its original price. I advise anyone to go with Go Auto, they are the best
