This company deserves no stars. They do not answer their phone and their adjuster does not respond to calls or texts. I have filed a complaint with the LA Department of Insurance and hope that they close this company down.

I recently did a commercial for GoAuto. This was an amazing experience and most importantly; I could add this to my acting resume. Things went for a wrong turn when my agent Lisa Fuller (Actors Choice Talent Agency) and James Baker (Hollywood of the South) falsified information and withheld payment from me. I have yet to get paid for this commercial, print, and radio broadcast. My face is repeatedly being used and I have not been compensated. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!! GoAuto should definitely take this into consideration when seeking actors for their future jobs.

I would give -300 stars if I could. Don't go to the Covington, LA office. The people that work there are incompetent and don't know their face from their a$$. One of the employees gave me the wrong policy and it ended up costing me big time. Even after I asked and clarified exactly what I wanted she assured me that's what was in their system. Only to find out it wasn't. Then when I confronted her and asked to speak with a supervisor she called one supposedly and only gave her side of the issue and then denied me when I asked to speak with the so called supervisor. What's even funnier is that I was paying full coverage price for liability coverage. Yeah they may have good prices but I'll never do business with them again and I personally make it a point to tell everyone what kind of business they do.

Took over a week to speak to an agent and get the ball rolling. Then finally did released my vehicle from tow yard. Never heard again called customer service and was told I couldn’t receive an update bc agents are off on the weekend lmao. Never will use this company again. The little bit they are cheaper isn’t worth it.

I have been with Goauto ten years. I was very surprised when my rate went up. I have two cars and the rate went 125 .more. I am not happy with this. I will be shopping 2024 .

They have the best prices for insurance. The only issue that I have had was trying to renew my policy online. I can make payments just fine but on two occasions I couldn't renew my policy and had to wait for a customer service representative to renew it for me. But overall, good company.
