They good now but if those prices go up Houston we have Problemz but any who im with Greg the go auto guy. Flo an those discount and Bill be like 500.00 an Premium be 2,000.00 Discount where bundle and save all to miss an payment barely an Oops everything fell from grace Up the policy no thanks and The general can kiss my bleep thats to much and I barely drive my cars I like Payton Manning but Nation Wide is not on my side are buy my side All state is for all politicians because I don't feel in good hands those in power do and favorite Liberty bimbo the cute huk struggling actor in that commercial you could have took a chance and struggle with anyone, and State Farm no thanks Straight Rip OFFS. This is a review for an employee at the Highland location. Her name is Alexis Wicker and her ext is4084. I am doing this review for my dad Cedric Williams. He was involved in an accident with someone covered by your insurance company (we have someone else). Alexis was the claims agent and she was very profession coureteous and helpful through the entire process. "I have never been treated so well with an insurance company whether it was mine or someone else's. I am a business owner and I know how hard it is to find good help I hope you treat her well because she really knows what she's doing. I currently have 2 vehicles, a boat and home insured by my current insurance company however if I ever find myself in the market for another insurance company I will be sure to give her a call.

Saturday 8/4/2024 I signed up for insurance so that we could leave the dealership with my daughter car! On Monday, I decided that this policy wasn’t in her best interest, so we went in another direction. I called to cancel the policy and was told no refunds. How is this possible if the company hasn’t fulfilled their agreement with a consumer? Is this legal?

I was just in this location today to pick up my ID renewal.. when I walk in the door to employees were on the phone they had a Stanley steemer steaming in there ..they didn't look like they was open. I spoke when I walk in the door they was supposed to speak first but no response.. so I stood there good for 5 minutes.. I was about to leave but they finally asked me do I need to make a payment instead of saying hello how are you... That location is the worst.. those ladies do not know anything about customer service but I will never go back in that location again... If I could talk to their superiors and let them know how they act I would... Just straight awful..

When I walked in at 8:46am, every employee was on a phone call. After I sat down and waited about five minutes then someone finally acknowledged me and assisted me with service. My opinion is that when you open up for walkins, someone out of three that was there, should have instantly spoke to me. But I did receive a great package at great rate.

They are rude to me and my wife I have had insurance with them for two months I have not received my ID cards for the vehicle and when call they said can't you just go in and get them I see there is one near you but at the time my wife was in the hospital so they say I guess I can send you themunnecessary and just unprofessional we paid and we need are stuff they never sent them

She refused to let my service dog come into the after I left I called the nearest office which is in denham springs and ask to speak to a they said that that's not one of their policies that they do allow service dogs to come in as long as their license.

absolutely horrible. do not answer calls, i’ve been trying to contact them for weeks. Sent a check with my name spelt wrong after multiple voicemails to change it since they weren’t answering my calls. it’s been months since my vehicle has been wrecked and i still can’t get them to release my vehicle to me so i can get it fixed. my car isn’t even totaled and still no answer at all. incredibly frustrated with this company and suggest NO ONE, EVER work with them. was on hold for 2 hours.

In a rush ?Count on Goauto to have you on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes or more.Urgency in answering the phone is not their strength .Jesus will come back before you get someone on the phone 🙄

I had a promblem that I wasn't sure about and Ms. Adele at the Florida Blvd location helped me and gave me so much information that I truly appreciate her effort. She confirmed with me that she will call to let me know the results of my situation and the very next morning she called and assure me the information that I needed. I have been with this place for over 10 years. As loyal as I am to them, they are TERRIBLE at answering the phones! I was on hold waiting for a representative for 11 minutes! The website isn't much help either!

The 2 ladies that work here at the siegen lane location are the most nasty and rude ladies I have ever met in my life . They are very in helpful. Anytime I walked in the store they were talking to friends on phone , eating , playin on computers, anything but help customers. The bad thing was there was no one in the store . Now I see why . No one wants to deal with these 2 ladies . Also the prices are higher than other insurance companies. Don’t go here . Just a piece of advice

That's my insurance company and they are very reasonable and very good and it's close to me I mean to Scott one I guess where everybody lived but anyway it's good customer service and they help you use a machine I show you how to use the machine to pay your bills and if they take our time with you I don't care if they have a lot of people you're just important as the ones that's why I waited so they think they have a lot of patience and I like them and I'm going to stay with my not going
