My only complaint is the horrific functionality of the mobile app. It's horrendous and all I want to do is pay my bill. If y'all want to make it so hard then obviously y'all don't want my business. So, I guess I'll be going to another insurance company starting in a month when my current plan runs out.

They don't answer the company phone.
They don't call or email you back requiring your policy.
They only email or call when it's last minute to pay them.

I’m sorry I walked into this office this morning and by the other reviews I’ve read through today. Looks like this office could have a serious attitude adjustment and some eyelash glue for her pour eyelashes running away from her face. I moved the chair closer because I felt so far back, and she rudely told me to move the chair back and then pointed to her ridiculous sign. She has an attitude of better than you and she was completely dismissive the entire time. I’ve been with GoAuto since 2011 and I’m currently looking for another insurance provider.

My experience with this Go Auto representative was extremely disappointing. They were rude, unprofessional, and displayed a lack of basic respect for customers. Their demeanor came across as discriminatory, and the way they treated me—making me sit away from the desk as though I were unwelcome—was demeaning and unacceptable.

This behavior not only violates good customer service practices but also basic marketing principles. It’s hard to imagine how a business can thrive with such treatment of its clients. I would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with this company unless significant changes are made.

DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. Came here to get insurance for my dads car, the second we started talking to the woman, she was very rude(shaking her head, talking to us like we are stupid/belittling us). Could not ask her a simple question like “how much would it he for full coverage” without her being rude. Worst experience ive had with an insurance company.
