This is a review for an employee at the Highland location. Her name is Alexis Wicker and her ext is4084. I am doing this review for my dad Cedric Williams. He was involved in an accident with someone covered by your insurance company (we have someone else). Alexis was the claims agent and she was very profession coureteous and helpful through the entire process. "I have never been treated so well with an insurance company whether it was mine or someone else's. I am a business owner and I know how hard it is to find good help I hope you treat her well because she really knows what she's doing. I currently have 2 vehicles, a boat and home insured by my current insurance company however if I ever find myself in the market for another insurance company I will be sure to give her a call.

Saturday 8/4/2024 I signed up for insurance so that we could leave the dealership with my daughter car! On Monday, I decided that this policy wasn’t in her best interest, so we went in another direction. I called to cancel the policy and was told no refunds. How is this possible if the company hasn’t fulfilled their agreement with a consumer? Is this legal?

I was just in this location today to pick up my ID renewal.. when I walk in the door to employees were on the phone they had a Stanley steemer steaming in there ..they didn't look like they was open. I spoke when I walk in the door they was supposed to speak first but no response.. so I stood there good for 5 minutes.. I was about to leave but they finally asked me do I need to make a payment instead of saying hello how are you... That location is the worst.. those ladies do not know anything about customer service but I will never go back in that location again... If I could talk to their superiors and let them know how they act I would... Just straight awful..

When I walked in at 8:46am, every employee was on a phone call. After I sat down and waited about five minutes then someone finally acknowledged me and assisted me with service. My opinion is that when you open up for walkins, someone out of three that was there, should have instantly spoke to me. But I did receive a great package at great rate.

They are rude to me and my wife I have had insurance with them for two months I have not received my ID cards for the vehicle and when call they said can't you just go in and get them I see there is one near you but at the time my wife was in the hospital so they say I guess I can send you them

Went in to get documentation of coverage from two years back for a dispute with the DMV, and Brenda was so helpful. She found out what the issue was and then called the underwriter to make sure the proper documentation was emailed to them before I left. Hopefully this will keep me from having to pay a $600+ fee

I would give this company negative stars, I have messages from my adjuster, she has no idea we're my car is located, I have literally done her job , while I have been at work, the accident happened last month and the police report is very clear that it's not my fault, my adjuster told me , she thought I was going through the other company... She also stated that I was not allowed to have a supervisors contact info, This COMPANY IS A BAD FAITH INSURANCE COMPANY, IT WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP ITS OWN CUSTOMERS.. It's sad that I have to even leave this review for my own insurance company... NEGATIVE STARS

She refused to let my service dog come into the after I left I called the nearest office which is in denham springs and ask to speak to a they said that that's not one of their policies that they do allow service dogs to come in as long as their license.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Go Auto Insurance, particularly from my assigned claims adjuster. I called for clarification about my policy after a recent car accident, and instead of being met with empathy and professionalism, I was insulted and spoken to with a rude, dismissive tone during a call at 8:00 a.m.
As a customer going through the stress of a vehicle loss, I expected clear communication and support. Instead, I felt disrespected, talked down to, and left more confused than before. I have never been treated this poorly by any insurance company, and this experience has made it clear that I will never be returning to Go Auto Insurance.

absolutely horrible. do not answer calls, i’ve been trying to contact them for weeks. Sent a check with my name spelt wrong after multiple voicemails to change it since they weren’t answering my calls. it’s been months since my vehicle has been wrecked and i still can’t get them to release my vehicle to me so i can get it fixed. my car isn’t even totaled and still no answer at all. incredibly frustrated with this company and suggest NO ONE, EVER work with them. was on hold for 2 hours.

This is the worst insurance company ever. Can never get ahold of anyone now my car is in the shop they paid the mechanic for some of the parts and needs one more $1500 part but now they want to consider it totaled ! This place sucks I wouldn’t recommend getting this insurance you will always have a tough time getting ahold of them or even trying to make claims !

The 2 ladies that work here at the siegen lane location are the most nasty and rude ladies I have ever met in my life . They are very in helpful. Anytime I walked in the store they were talking to friends on phone , eating , playin on computers, anything but help customers. The bad thing was there was no one in the store . Now I see why . No one wants to deal with these 2 ladies . Also the prices are higher than other insurance companies. Don’t go here . Just a piece of advice
