Good afternoon, i am reaching out to file a complaint about a Mr Jaysin Armenta. My claim number was 4679294-08-21-2025. I called to file my claim the same day the accident happened. Jaysin Armenta called me to get information about the accident on 08-22-2025 at 1:19pm, we spoke for 9minutes. He emailed me shortly after to receive pictures from the accident which i did. I then sent him a video of the where the accident took place later that evening. September 2nd i sent a picture of the quote that was received from a mechanic shop. Since then, I have not gotten any update in regards to the claim. I called September 2, 2025 and also left a voicemail asking for an update. I called again September 3rd and got sent to voicemail. As of today, September 5th, i tried calling again and left yet another voicemail and no response or update. I had to reach out to the claims department to leave them a message requesting him to give me a call which he FINALLY did. I asked him if he’s received my emails and he stated yes .. I told him okay i was making sure since I haven’t gotten any update update or response. He then stated the claim was closed. I was confused because I only spoke with him once and never heard from him again. I asked him what my next steps were in regards to my vehicle being fixed and his response was “you don’t have collision coverage” I let him know okay that’s fine but a simple email or phone call to give your client a piece of mind in regards to the case being closed is basic communication and common courtesy and He arrogantly stated “we don’t usually tell clients the case is closed but you can let us know if that’s what you want”. His customer service was extremely poor. He was purposely declining my calls. It took me calling the main office for them to relay a message for him to finally call me back. I will definitely be calling again Monday morning to see who i can speak with higher up in regards to his poor communication and poor customer service skills.

Can never get ahold of them and the rates are to high and the app never works right cause I should not have to call this company to renew my policy cause it wont let me on app also they canceled our coverage over 18 dollars not good insurance

Aaaassmaziiiinnnggggg customer service ..quick response to incident I reported. Adjuster came out in 3 days car was repaired in two weeks...I highly recommend

Absolutely horrible customer service. No one answers calls. The app is not user friendly and you can't make any changes through it.

If you ever need to call in and make a payment just don’t…. they never answer the phone will leave you waiting until they close on hold and then just hang up. Call back the next day to be on hold for 53 mins and then hung up on again.Go auto please hire workers who A know how to do their job and B WANT to do it.I’ve never had this many issues trying to pay a bill that yall have no problem adding them late fees too real quick.

Tried to call because you can't edit driver's info on the app, even though it says you can. Called 3 times throughout the day, for 40- an hour on hold. No person ever answered, no matter what prompt you selected. definitely changing insurance!

Vanessa from their customer service contact is extremely rude. I will not recommend this service if you wants to have a real insurance. Another thing is that you can’t get a quote without signing a starting policy date without even knowing your rates. This business is a joke

I have been on hold for TWO HOURS. TWO HOURS. This is insane. I was trying to move my new car to my policy but they don’t answer the phone. I just switched over to USAA. I’ll be canceling AS SOON AS THEY ANSWER THE PHONE. Jesus Christ!

FIRST: DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY THEY ARE TRASH!We put insurance on both of our vehicles. But ,When I had an accident I was told I was excluded from driving MY CAR. My wife was excluded from driving her truck but I could drive her truck and she could drive my car. which is really weird because we both own the vehicles. We are both on the insurance. Now they will not cover my vehicle because they said I was excluded. From driving my own car. That is in my name under the insurance that has my name on it. Trust me No matter who you try to reach out to at go auto they will just keep saying " my supervisor will call you back" then in a day or 2 or 3 when that 1 calls you back and you tell them how it should be. They tell you their supervisor will call you back. They are a scam. Unless you know you are never going to get an accident and need the insurance don't use them. Save yourself the headache and stress. A little information that will help someone maybe I'll attach a picture of some of their emails. Because you can't find a customer support email online.

To the management of GoAuto,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the unethical and unprofessional way your company treats its customers. I purchased insurance from your company, and only four hours later I tried to cancel it. Instead of handling my request in a professional manner, your employees kept making excuses until the 5-day cancellation period had passed.After repeated follow-ups, you agreed to refund the payment. Yet it has now been over three months, and no refund has been issued. This is unacceptable, dishonest, and shows that your company operates in a fraudulent manner.I strongly advise anyone reading this message not to deal with GoAuto. Your company is a trap, a scam, and anyone who trusts you will end up a victim.

They Don’t Check for any other damage hidden behind bumpers, damage was caused by a deer and they will do nothing, do not recommend if you don’t want an insurance company that don’t look for all damages these even behind the bumper! But if you want cheaper insurance that what they will give you, you will have to total you car before they will do anything, not worth it

Low cost just don't ever file a claim. Took them 3 weeks just to provide an initial estimate for repairs. Another 3 weeks for them to respond to the repair facility's revised/supplemental estimate. A week+ of them haggling before approving the repairs, almost 2 months before the shop could even begin repairs. Add the 3+ weeks it took the shop to get parts & complete repairs. Almost 3 months without use of my vehicle.

I came to this store on 11/14/2024 at 9:00am… the older lady who’s always in there by herself that wears glasses, was rude from the very second I walked in the door. I waited 15 minutes because she was on the phone, not sure if it was a personal call or work call because she spoke Spanish the hole conversation, but she seemed nice to whoever she was talking to… but then she got off the phone only for her not to be able to help me & had a stank attitude about it…she is very unprofessional with a nasty attitude.. she needs to be fired… shes too old not to have learned basic customer service… people spend too much money to be miss treated. I truly feel she was being racist , i spend the same money as every other race and I don’t appreciate how I was treated. To the rude lady that gave me a hard time after I worked an 11 hr shift , understand that Black people are still people and we don’t deserve to be talked down to, we pay bills and taxes just like everybody else…please do better and be mindful of how u treat people.

On Monday July 22nd, I visited the office on 45 and 1960 they only had two workers in the office the neither was a help. Both workers were on the phone, one appeared to be working and the other gossiping and laughing on the phone, while i waited 30 minutes or better before I went to the machine and took care of my bill myself. This is the second time I've witnessed poor service here. Corporate needs to retrain or hire new staff.

Worst customer service from the lady working here. She’s probably the one other review(5star) on here. It wouldn’t be hard to figure who she is. You walk in, there’s two desks, a woman and man were working.Anywho, I had already started a online quote beforehand, had my quote number, had all my figures written down when I went here in person. She then pulls up a policy that is almost three to four times more expensive than quoted. Then sticks with that policy price, and continues to say that she can’t change anything about coverages or personal details that will benefit me in price. “I’m not going to sit here and change things on the computer to benefit your price.”-she said this very very closely quoted.So I left. Angry. Upset. I felt cheated out of getting auto insurance which I had every intention of purchasing this day. I had been shopping around online, making phone calls, and I decided to go with GoAuto! But this lady, with her rudeness, and quick wit, and smartness. That kind of rude sass no one should have to deal with, when it was unprovoked, and supposedly in a professional setting.I wasn’t finished. I looked up the next closets branch to call, and see if I can get some actual help or assistance. Luckily, the number calls a general call center. So I’m speaking with a very kind woman now. Thank goodness! She looks up my quote number, and the rude girl at the office apparently put a lock on my quote number, and a block on my address. So this kind woman on the phone, takes the time to unlock it, unblock the address. Change personal information, ask general questions that ended up saving me money(like; is the vehicle parked in a garage?). Then pulls up a quote that is not very far off from the online number. I’m satisfied with it, I pay by card, boom I’m covered. Just like that.I don’t understand why the rude quick to small girl at this branch couldn’t just help me finish a simple policy.I’m now covered, very satisfied with my over the phone experience, so save yourself the hassle and don’t go to this branch. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Thank you if you read all this.
