I went in to make a payment and didn't know that they did not take cash anymore so I had to go buy a money order which wasn't too bad cuz it was a couple of blocks down. Once again, The gentleman that helped me with long hair was nice to me and treated me with respect. I don't understand how a lot of people say that they're rude and unprofessional. I just don't see it. So thank you to the gentleman with long hair, you were very nice to me. I hope you don't listen to the things some people say. It could have been they were having a bad day. You continue to be you.

Very Rude wouldn’t do business with them. While getting a quote over the phone the guy hung up on me. I tried calling back to submit a complaint and was hung up on again. Very unprofessional & bad service. 0 out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend

Worst 1st time insurer purchase. High rates , low quality customer service. Went thru 3 calls , 2 emails and 1 store visit . To finally be able to cancel them . 1 car rate was 345 $.Did my research and now I'm at 180$.

Why do y’all charge $18 for a late fee? It might as well be $20 😒 I won’t have this insurance any much longer taking my business elsewhere I’m damn near paying $400 for a 13 year old car

CHEAP & EASY....... 5 minute phone call I had immediate auto insurance & was able to drive off with my newly purchased vehicle. It's also the cheapest auto insurance I could find in Las Vegas .

Giving them 5 stars oddly enough it wasn’t even for insurance but the fact that they were able to help me jump start my truck even after they were off work. It has compelled me to look and see what type of insurance rates they have.

They are really cheap I couldn't believe it. When state farm wanted to charge me $385 for liability and go auto only charged me $65😀

Does anyone have a Corporate Office number for this company? The employees for GoAuto Insurance are no help at all, they refuse to connect you with a manager after they go and make changes to your Insurance Policy without your consent! They have blocked my access to chat online as well! They are so unprofessional.If anyone on here has a Corporate number please provide it to me.Thank you in advance.

This company is a scam. The agents give nothing but false information, I was even told I couldn’t speak to a manager when I asked for one. They’re only interested in taking your money and doing whatever they can to keep it.

Total fraud this company I had it per 3 yrs when I try to renew the policy charge me down-payment $401 dllrs & a payment of $335 in 2 weeks y rejected then they offer me open a new policy wich I rejected again $747 dllrs total to opened I decide move to diferent company & now they won't me send e the record of the insurance payments to report to the DMV I been insured on that time I still waiting for my refund of the suppostly cancelation I did plus the first payment of the renewal policy I canceled for exaggeration of down-payment I contacted support they just let me on hold per hour & on the branch i visited 7 already & they won't help me rats still money from me unprofessional company

Affordable insurance but don't get into an accident The adjuster I have is very rude but I pay $252 for full coverage and I accepted the service to be better . Once their done fixing my car . I will go somewhere else. Been with them for 2years . Loyalty and compassion they lack .. it's okay to get their insurance just so you wont be without it because the state of Nevada don't play about you not having insurance. And go Auto insurance is good because it's affordable. Until you need it too pay and they act like it's coming out their pockets . When your paying

@ Megan ….. hello, after reviewing the policy from this specific interaction….. you came into the office to add this vehicle to your “boyfriend” policy. In which I spoke to him and got permission to add your vehicle. So please don’t make it seem like I was being unhelpful in this situation. I did what was asked of me. Unfortunately your failed relationship affected this review but could’ve been avoided if you would have requested to be issued your own policy vs being added to his.

This insurance company it’s self Is overall probably not the best option but affordabl-ish .. but I went into there today because I needed help adjusting my payment because I don’t get paid until Friday and the guy that helped me was super kind! Even to the person he was helping before me . I didn’t catch his name but has dark hair and wears glasses! But he really helped me out by pushing my payment back . When I called customer service they said they couldn’t do that but when I went in person he was able to work it out . So company may not be the best but they have good people working there so please be kind to them!

No one ever answers the phone. And the website doesn't work. I tried adding a vehicle to my policy it didn't give me the option. So I called, was on hold for a few minutes. No one answered and the call was hung up on.
