I went in to make a payment and didn't know that they did not take cash anymore so I had to go buy a money order which wasn't too bad cuz it was a couple of blocks down. Once again, The gentleman that helped me with long hair was nice to me and treated me with respect. I don't understand how a lot of people say that they're rude and unprofessional. I just don't see it. So thank you to the gentleman with long hair, you were very nice to me. I hope you don't listen to the things some people say. It could have been they were having a bad day. You continue to be you.

Very Rude wouldn’t do business with them. While getting a quote over the phone the guy hung up on me. I tried calling back to submit a complaint and was hung up on again. Very unprofessional & bad service. 0 out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend

Worst 1st time insurer purchase. High rates , low quality customer service. Went thru 3 calls , 2 emails and 1 store visit . To finally be able to cancel them . 1 car rate was 345 $.
Did my research and now I'm at 180$.

With this place I was nice in giving it an okay!
Saturday afternoon there to get car insurance and there's one worker NOBODY else, I walk in she's on the phone with a customer so I stood there for at least thirty minutes before she got to me!
Hate paying that much for insurance...

When I first walked in, the insurance agent was on the telephone but she still took the time out to acknowledge me and let me know she would help me as soon as she was done helping the customer she was helping st the time. To me, that's important. From that moment I knew I went to the right place. They have been nothing but professional and I would as I have in the past recommend this location to anyone looking for insurance. Thier rates are good too. Try them.

Be very careful with this insurance, they make their portal unable to make the payment many times so that you cannot pay and incur late fee of $15 after that they send an Email with late fee notice that is on purpose to get free money feom cuatomers report these cases to the Nevada insurance inspector so these company pay for their fraudelent tactics

Worst instance company ever! Terrible customer service! 303$ for liability and I was his by another insured driver and they won’t help . The insurance argent as that’s why it important to pay the extra 200 on the 300 a month to make sure I’m covered. Disgusting. Worst experience I ever had ! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

by far Go auto insurance is the worst looks cheap at the first but you end up paying a lot more than other insurance every time you renew it they charge you big down payment and interest like if you are getting a loan take you business somewhere else

Beware of all this insurance places is to good to be true every 6 month you are going to pay A big down payment plus 6 months loan program fee it say interest 🤣 and they are going to raise the monthly payment is the way they work so stay away from this insurance or called insurance i never had that issue before with other insurance the worst ever

Lady had an attitude.I was waiting to pay and she said if I had a problem.She was with a customer who didn't speak English and both was playing with their phone and customer didn't know what to do or wanted.waiting over one hour I was the only customer waiting in the office .Office need better help.

These are some of the Rudest no customer service having people I’ve ever encountered, they do not acknowledge you when you come into the office, the black lady peaked in from the back looked at us and went back to wherever was more important than customers in the lobby, girl with headset on don’t even look up to acknowledge it’s terribly disgusting to be treated this way when you are spending money with a company.. This is an awful look for a business they need to be trained in CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️

@ Megan ….. hello, after reviewing the policy from this specific interaction….. you came into the office to add this vehicle to your “boyfriend” policy. In which I spoke to him and got permission to add your vehicle. So please don’t make it seem like I was being unhelpful in this situation. I did what was asked of me. Unfortunately your failed relationship affected this review but could’ve been avoided if you would have requested to be issued your own policy vs being added to his.

This insurance company it’s self Is overall probably not the best option but affordabl-ish .. but I went into there today because I needed help adjusting my payment because I don’t get paid until Friday and the guy that helped me was super kind! Even to the person he was helping before me . I didn’t catch his name but has dark hair and wears glasses! But he really helped me out by pushing my payment back . When I called customer service they said they couldn’t do that but when I went in person he was able to work it out . So company may not be the best but they have good people working there so please be kind to them!

No one ever answers the phone. And the website doesn't work. I tried adding a vehicle to my policy it didn't give me the option. So I called, was on hold for a few minutes. No one answered and the call was hung up on.
