They do not answer the phone. Been waiting to talk to a representative for over an hour and a half. This is a local office and I can't get through. Horrible phone customer service. Now I have to leave tge house after working an 11 hour graveyard shift to go into tge office personally. Don't make no sense to have a phone service, when it says "Contact Us" and then on hold for all this time. When you mean contact us, do you mean come into our office? Then just say that.

CHEAP & EASY....... 5 minute phone call I had immediate auto insurance & was able to drive off with my newly purchased vehicle. It's also the cheapest auto insurance I could find in Las Vegas .

Giving them 5 stars oddly enough it wasn’t even for insurance but the fact that they were able to help me jump start my truck even after they were off work. It has compelled me to look and see what type of insurance rates they have.

They are really cheap I couldn't believe it. When state farm wanted to charge me $385 for liability and go auto only charged me $65😀

Does anyone have a Corporate Office number for this company? The employees for GoAuto Insurance are no help at all, they refuse to connect you with a manager after they go and make changes to your Insurance Policy without your consent! They have blocked my access to chat online as well! They are so unprofessional.
If anyone on here has a Corporate number please provide it to me.

This company is a scam. The agents give nothing but false information, I was even told I couldn’t speak to a manager when I asked for one. They’re only interested in taking your money and doing whatever they can to keep it.

Total fraud this company I had it per 3 yrs when I try to renew the policy charge me down-payment $401 dllrs & a payment of $335 in 2 weeks y rejected then they offer me open a new policy wich I rejected again $747 dllrs total to opened I decide move to diferent company & now they won't me send e the record of the insurance payments to report to the DMV I been insured on that time I still waiting for my refund of the suppostly cancelation I did plus the first payment of the renewal policy I canceled for exaggeration of down-payment I contacted support they just let me on hold per hour & on the branch i visited 7 already & they won't help me rats still money from me unprofessional company

Affordable insurance but don't get into an accident The adjuster I have is very rude but I pay $252 for full coverage and I accepted the service to be better . Once their done fixing my car . I will go somewhere else. Been with them for 2years . Loyalty and compassion they lack .. it's okay to get their insurance just so you wont be without it because the state of Nevada don't play about you not having insurance.
